Republican Romance Evening "Songs of Longing"

On October 17 at 3:00 PM, the Prienai Culture and Leisure Centre will host a national evening of *romansai* (sentimental ballads) titled "Songs of Longing" (*Ilgesio dainos*). It is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in an atmosphere steeped in the spirit of autumn, escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, and lose yourself in waves of melancholy, love stories, and melody.
The event will feature vocal, folklore, and dance groups from cultural institutions in Šakiai, Elektrėnai, Alytus, Molėtai, and the Prienai district.
The guest performer for the evening is the Vilnius folklore ensemble "Nalšia" (led by Audronė Vakarinienė).
Ticket price: €8.60; €7.60 with the "Prienietis" card; €6.60 with the Prienai Culture and Leisure Centre amateur art group participant card.
Tickets are available via the "Ticket Market" portal (https://tinyurl.com/3djdmwkd) and at the Prienai Culture and Leisure Centre box office (open Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM). Ticket reservations can be made via email at [email protected].
